All lasers use active TE / Peltier cooling, require between 110 and 240 VAC, and conform to CDRH, UL & CE standards.
Lasers have 30 to 50 KHZ TTL digital modulation inputs standard unless otherwise mentioned.  Analog modulation available as an slightly higher priced option on the all-in-one models.
Stated output power is guaranteed as a minimum, during warranty period, although the actual output power will usually initially be at least 5 to 10+% higher when shipped from the factory - We want our clients to be more than happy!   If you ever have any questions, either before or after your purchase, please do contact us.  If you want to chat on the phone, please include your phone # in your email, we'll promptly call you on our dime.  All lasers are sold as OEM components unless otherwise mentioned, or you specifically contract with us to build you a custom system.

We firmly believe that our prices are literally the best in the world.  I can offer you links to a dozen other laser sellers with significantly higher pricing, however I have let to find a single DPSS seller on the net that can match our pricing.

Terms: Please email us with your potential order to get bank wire transfer details & firm commitment time for delivery (depends on current stock, sometimes your order will be custom assembled to specification, so time from order to delivery could exceed 14 days for larger orders - talk to us first to check on inventory status).  All prices are in USD, & Payment for orders is expected in full upfront, for most orders - however for larger orders, we will accept 50% down, with the remainder due prior to delivery.
Warranty: All lasers include 1 year parts & labour - in the rare case a failure occurs, you will be required to return the laser to the factory at your own expense, wait between 2 and 7 days, then the repaired or replaced laser will be sent by courier back to you at the factory's expense.  All lasers are rated a minimum of 5,000 hours expected lifetime, failure after this duration means the replacement of the diode and or crystal, which will likely cost at least 1/2 of a new laser cost, however you are fully covered for the 1 year warranty.
Shipping: All prices do not include shipping, you will be charged the exact cost of the courier.  We use FedEx & DHL, you are welcome to provide us with an account # if you have one.
Import Taxes/Duties: In over 100 orders that have been shipped in the past year, we've never heard of anyone paying import charges.  This is because the factory skillfully marks the customs forms as manufacturers samples with a low value. However, we do not guarantee that you won't have to pay import taxes, some customs inspectors are particularly curious, it depends on your country.
