OffLine is a nationaly distributed cable access television series showcasing works by independent producers from around the world. The format is open to genres such as experimental, video art, animation, computer media, short narrative, music video, experimental documentary, and performances. The show airs weekly on over 30 access channels across the country. Producers whose works are selected may also receive a modest fee for the use of their work. Submissions should not exceed 30 minutes in length, although longer works will be considered for excerpts or serialization. Formats: 3/4", SVHS, VHS, Hi-8.
