Nik Williams owned a Paik-Abe, having built the "definitive version", along with Jim Wiseman, under the tutelage of Shuya Abe himself at Cal Arts in 1970-71. He did tons of work with the likes of Richard Tietelbaum, Mort Subotnik, Nam June Paik (of course), Fluxian (recently deceased) Peter VanRiper, rock dolts like Leon Russel, the Dreadful Great...the list goes on and on...more info to follow at a later date.
