Liquid Effect appears to be a real-time digital video special effects engine, although I haven't yet tried it out.

Jan2002 Update:  My Japanese distributor has recently informed us that they are now able to sell us the Liquid Effect Product Line.  I don't know exactly what it is you would get, because I have yet to order myself, but here's the details:
